If any customer has any problem with the bank or bank staff then he may lodge a complaint as follows:-

  1. Branch Manager (Within 7 days)
  2. If your grievance is not redressed within 7 days by the Branch Manager then the matter must be put forward to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with the copy of the original complaint put before the Branch Manager.

  3. If your grievance is not redressed within 10 days by the CEO then the matter must be put forward to the Chairman, with the copy of the original complaint put before the CEO.

  4. If your grievance is not redressed within 30 days by the Chairman then the matter must be put forward to the RBI, with the copy of the original complaint put before the Chairman.
